Our Selection Process

Application & Resume

All candidates fill out our simple application letting us know more about you. We also ask you submit a resume to see what type of work experience you have had.

In-Person Interview

Based on existing role needs, we will invite candidates to an interview with Ignite team members. This allows us to gauge your readiness and capability for the program.

CASAS Assessment

You will be required to take a an assessment to ensure you have the mental readiness for your upcoming career change.

In-Person Interview w/ Company Match

A selected group will interview with the company they match with. Ignite Nebraska will help with interview prep.

Company Hiring Process

Once matched, you will begin the Employer Partner’s hiring process. This can include background screening, drug test, and other requirements specific to the company.
