We're not here to hand you a job. We're here to make sure you're the most prepared person in the room when you go earn one.

The Process

Here's exactly how it works.

Five steps. No surprises.

    Apply Online
    A quick form — takes about two minutes. Tell us a little about where you are and where you want to go.
  2. 2
    Phone Screen + In-Person Interview
    First, a quick phone screening. If it's a good fit, we'll invite you for a 30-minute in-person interview to learn about your goals and determine which program is right for you — and whether Ignite is the right fit right now.
  3. 3
    Complete Your Program
    Free training — always. 5 weeks (10x10) or 6 months paid (Ignite Tech). Your Navigator is with you the whole way.
  4. 4
    Search for Roles — With Support
    You'll apply to jobs. Your Navigator will also send you opportunities from our employer partner network and prep you for every interview. You show up ready.

    They're not applying for you — they're in your corner. Sending relevant job leads, prepping you for interviews, and removing barriers so you can focus on the search.

    Earn Your Role
    You interview. You show up. You earn it. Your Navigator stays engaged after you start — supporting your first months on the job.

A Note on Background Checks

We believe in second chances.

Some employer partners require background checks as part of their hiring process. Depending on your background, this may affect which roles or programs are available to you. We'll always be transparent — and we have partner organizations we can connect you with if standard pathways aren't the right fit right now.
