Many people in our community — especially people of color — work full-time yet remain unable to make ends meet due to systemic inequities that keep them out of high-demand, high-paying careers. We're solving that.

Education

Fully-funded, hands-on curriculum created in partnership with Bellevue University. Participants gain relevant, market-aligned skills for today's job market — at no cost.

Pillar 2

On-the-Job Training

Paid, practical experience that reinforces classroom learning and prepares participants for real-world roles. Ignite Tech participants earn a wage from day one of training.

Pillar 3

Navigator Support

The backbone of participant success. Dedicated Navigators provide personalized support, connect participants to resources, send job leads, and guide them through every step — including post-hire onboarding.

Employer Connections

Partnerships with corporate, educational, and governmental organizations ensure participants have access to real opportunities. We connect participants to hiring partners — they earn the role through their own performance.

    We work with local organizations, nonprofits, and community connections to reach untapped talent — people who are ready and motivated but haven't had access to the right doors.

    Career-aligned curriculum and technical training, built in partnership with Bellevue University, gets participants ready for their roles and for success in modern workplaces.

    Navigator Support
    Personalized, dedicated support from a Navigator — addressing barriers, sending job leads, preparing participants for interviews, and ensuring they have what they need to succeed.

    We connect participants to employer partners who are actively hiring and have helped shape our curriculum. Participants interview, show up, and earn the role — we support them through onboarding and beyond.
