No training fees β ever. Employer partners pay wages during the apprenticeship period. Ignite covers all training, coaching, and Navigator support costs.
10x10 graduates are prepared for customer-facing roles: Banker/Teller, Customer Service Rep, Claims Processor, Sales Development Rep, and Administrative Support. Ignite Tech graduates are prepared for IT Help Desk and Data Visualization/Reporting Analyst roles. We can also tailor cohorts to your specific needs.
No β Ignite prepares candidates and introduces them to your team. We coordinate the introduction and support the hiring process, but final hiring decisions rest entirely with your organization. We're a talent partner, not a staffing agency.
