10x10 is your on-ramp — not your ceiling.
After completing 10x10, you have three options. Your Navigator will help you figure out the right path based on your goals, readiness, and what's available.
Entry-Level Employment
Interview-ready for customer service, admin, data entry, banking, and sales support roles with our employer partners. Average starting salary: $35–42K. Many graduates take this route — it's a real and strong outcome.
Continue to Ignite Tech
Ready for a tech career? You may advance into our 6-month paid IT apprenticeship — based on availability (employer demand) and fit. 10x10 builds the professional foundation Ignite Tech requires.
Continue to Ignite Health
Interested in healthcare? You may advance into our CNA certification program — based on availability and fit. 10x10 completion is required before entering Ignite Health.
