10x10 required first — and program availability applies
All Ignite Health participants must complete the 10x10 program before entering the healthcare pathway. Beyond completing 10x10, advancement into Ignite Health depends on availability (cohorts open when healthcare employer partners have active hiring needs) and fit (assessed with your Navigator). Certification

CNA — Certified Nursing Assistant

Our initial pathway prepares participants for CNA certification and employment with healthcare employer partners. Additional healthcare pathways are in development.

Your Path

Route B: 10x10 to Ignite Health.

    Complete 10x10 (Required)
    5 weeks of professional skills and career readiness training. This is the required foundation for all Ignite Health participants. Learn about 10x10 →

    Enter Ignite Health — Based on Availability & Fit
    After 10x10, your Navigator will assess your readiness and check program availability. Ignite Health cohorts open when healthcare employer partners have active, confirmed hiring needs. If there's a wait, your Navigator stays in touch and keeps you updated.

    Pass Certification Exam
    Sit for and pass the Nebraska CNA certification exam. Ignite covers exam preparation costs.
  4. 4
    Earn Your Role
    Interview with healthcare employer partners. You show up. You earn it. Navigator support continues through your first months on the job. Timeline: 4–7 months from application to employment.
