Ignite Tech is not a rolling-admission program. Cohorts open when employer partners have confirmed, active hiring needs. Most participants complete 10x10 first — it builds the professional foundation Ignite Tech requires. Advancement into Ignite Tech after 10x10 depends on availability and fit, assessed with your Navigator. Applying early puts you at the front of the line — your Navigator will keep you updated as openings become available.

Modern Work — IT Help Desk

Build skills for IT Help Desk and IT Services roles. Two 12-week modules covering the fundamentals of IT support, user services, and technical troubleshooting.
