We will never sell or rent your contact information to marketers, employers, or any other third party.

10. SMS Messaging Program
Ignite Nebraska uses SMS text messaging to communicate with program participants and job seekers. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms.
11. Program Description
Ignite Nebraska may send you text messages related to:
- Program enrollment, scheduling, and updates
- Appointment reminders and follow-ups with your navigator
- Job opportunities, employer events, and interview notifications
- Program milestones and outcome check-ins
- Important announcements related to your participation
12. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Ignite Nebraska by:
- Providing your mobile phone number on an intake or enrollment form and indicating your consent to receive text messages
- Responding YES to an initial opt-in text message from Ignite Nebraska
- Verbally confirming consent with an Ignite Nebraska navigator
13. Opt-Out and Help Keywords
You can manage your text message preferences at any time using the following keywords:
After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS communications will be sent to that number. Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your enrollment in Ignite Nebraska programs — you may still receive communications via phone call or email.

Message frequency varies depending on your participation in Ignite Nebraska programs. You may receive up to several messages per week during active program enrollment. Frequency may be lower during periods of reduced program activity.

Ignite Nebraska does not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or other contact information to third parties for marketing, solicitation, or any purpose other than the direct delivery of program-related communications described in this policy.

20. Limitation of Liability
Ignite Nebraska is a nonprofit organization providing workforce development services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or communications programs.
