At Ignite Nebraska we fill roles across various tech-related occupations, including positions in data analysis and help desk support with our Ignite Tech (I.T.) Program.

We also offer opportunities for entry-level office roles that provide many career pathways for candidates with our 10x10 Program.

We offer two distinct programs to upskill talent:

Ignite Tech: Our 24-week apprenticeship program, encompasses partnerships with leading companies, where candidates gain practical experience in an organization while receiving in-classroom learning, soft skill training, and support services to ensure that talent is well-equipped to grow in their role and prepared to navigate the complexities of the modern workforce.

10x10 Accelerated Program: Our brand new, 10-week intensive upskilling program combines in-classroom learning, soft-skill training, and support services to prepare candidates for entry-level office roles. The 10x10 Program emphasizes building up tech-enabled skills to equip talent with the adaptability needed to thrive in dynamic workforces.

The Navigator plays a crucial role in providing support services within Ignite Nebraska. They assist partner organizations and assist candidates throughout their journeys by addressing barriers, locating resources, and offering soft-skill training. Navigators ensure the success of candidates by offering personalized guidance tailored to their needs and goals, empowering them to navigate challenges in a new career with confidence and resilience.
