How It Works

1. Recruit & Select
Ignite sources and prepares candidates. You interview and select the individuals who best fit your culture and hiring needs.

2. Train & Earn
Participants receive technical instruction (5 hrs/week classroom steady) and gain hands-on, on-the-job experience at your company. On-the-job hours increase from 15 → 35 hrs/week over the course of 6 months.
Technical training can be:
Employer-led (your own onboarding curriculum)
Through partners like Metropolitan Community College or Bellevue University
Soft skills training is embedded from Day 1 to ensure workplace readiness.

3. Hire & Retain
At the end of the program, participants convert into full-time employees at your company. Ignite Navigators provide 6 additional months of support to coach employees, reduce turnover, and ensure retention.

Your only financial investment is participant wages during the training phase.
