No — this is not a staffing contract. There’s no fee to join and no obligation beyond the pledge.

What exactly is the pledge?

You agree to consider and hire Ignite graduates for at least 10% of your entry-level roles each year.

What roles do you support?

Customer service, HR/admin, facilities, patient-facing, entry-level tech, and more.

What makes Ignite candidates different?

They’re trained in job readiness, coached by Navigators, and supported after hire — leading to 93% retention at Year 2.

Are there employer incentives?

Yes! Many roles are eligible for SNAP E&T wage reimbursements and additional state resources. Ignite Nebraska can help you with information on unlocking these wage reimbursements if applicable.

How do I access candidates?

Through the password protected Ignite Talent Portal, where you can view and select talent matched to your roles.
